  • Welcome: Macallan 15 Year Fine Oak Charcuterie Board: noord hollander, duck prosciutto, golden raisin mostarda, honeycomb, fig toast
  • 1st Course: Macallan 12 Year Double Cask Charcoal Grilled Scallops: petite greens, miso, yuzu, crispy garlic chips
  • 2nd Course: Macallan 17 Year Fine Oak Slow Roasted Pork Belly: oyster stew, sweet potato gnocchi, sunchoke, mandarin orange gremolata
