  • Bridal Dressing Suite: Our lakeside lawn venue includes a dressing suite complete with champagne and orange juice. For all other venues, we can transport the bridal party from the hotel.
  • Groomsmen Fun: While the ladies get ready, the boys can enjoy discounted golf at our Executive Course along with complimentary beer and house made potato chips at the end of their round. $30/person including a cart.
  • Welcome Amenity: Add a welcome glass of champagne or sangria for your guests to enjoy before or during the ceremony. $4 per person

  • Four hours on site day of wedding; three hours reception set up and one hour ceremony set up and directing processional

  • Manage reception room decoration set up; menus, place cards, photos, place guest book, toasting flutes, favors, seating cards, candy buffet, etc.
  • Confirm the correct set up of table layout and guest counts per table

DAY OF PLANNING

INCLUDES

  • One site professional and experienced coordinator for up to ten hours day of
  • One venue walk through for diagram and trying up loose ends
  • Arrange all necessary parties to be present; caterer, DJ, florist, etc.
  • One meeting to complete wedding day itinerary and rehearsal logistics
  • One hour rehearsal day before the wedding
  • Conduct final confirmations with all contracted vendors for the wedding itinerary two weeks before wedding day
  • Coordinate the delivery, set up, and tear down timeline for emcee/music, photographer, vendors, etc.
  • Set up outline for vendors and wedding crew as needed
  • Create and distribute itinerary to vendors a week prior
  • Ensure set up at rehearsal and on wedding day
  • Coordinate special time for bride and groom after ceremony if possible
  • Distribute bouquets, corsages, etc. to wedding party at ceremony
  • Ensure distribution of deliveries is correct; ex. flowers as indicated by the bride, reception, cake, head tables, etc.
